Qualifications:
Background:
Currently employed with a General Contractor or Subcontractor.
Experience:
Commercial or Residential Construction Management experience.
Skillset:
Ability to support a Project Manager team with daily tasks such as: RFI's, Change Orders, Submittals, Schedule Updates, Project closing etc.
Education:
Degree in Construction or related field highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Project Managers with day-to-day project execution from preconstruction through closeout. Manage and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement logs, meeting minutes, and project documentation. Assist with budget tracking, cost management, forecasting, and invoice review processes. Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and ownership teams to maintain project progress. Help monitor project schedules, milestone dates, and upcoming procurement needs. Participate in OAC meetings and maintain communication between field and office operations. Support project closeout activities including punch lists, warranties, as-builts, and turnover documentation. Assist in maintaining quality control and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
