The ideal candidate will oversee electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Salary will be based on experience. Responsibilities
  • Conduct project site visits for progress monitoring and quality control.
  • Enforce and adhere to company methods and procedures.
  • Ensure all work performed by subcontractors and in-house employees is done according to code.
  • Coordinate and manage projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and on schedule.
  • Utilize project management software for efficient project tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards.
  • Create punch and inspection reports and distribute them to the crews for completion.
  • Attend mandatory meetings for both the company and projects when required.
  • Create and maintain relationships with builders and project managers.
  • Ensure all inspections are called in and pass to prevent any delays in construction. Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years electrical experience.
  • 2 years of management experience.
