- Conduct project site visits for progress monitoring and quality control.
- Enforce and adhere to company methods and procedures.
- Ensure all work performed by subcontractors and in-house employees is done according to code.
- Coordinate and manage projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and on schedule.
- Utilize project management software for efficient project tracking.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards.
- Create punch and inspection reports and distribute them to the crews for completion.
- Attend mandatory meetings for both the company and projects when required.
- Create and maintain relationships with builders and project managers.
- Ensure all inspections are called in and pass to prevent any delays in construction. Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years electrical experience.
- 2 years of management experience.
