About the
Role:
My client is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join their growing commercial glazing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in storefront, curtainwall, and heavy glass systems who thrives in a fast-paced, construction-driven environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish - from estimating and ordering materials to coordinating field teams and meeting client expectations.
Responsibilities:
Review and analyze architectural plans and specifications. Order and track materials, verify field measurements, and maintain organized project documentation. Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and field crews to meet project deadlines. Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality and efficiency. Manage multiple projects at once - typically 10-20 active jobs ranging from $10K to $8M . Support budgeting, project tracking, and closeout processes.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management position in commercial glazing Strong understanding of storefront, curtainwall, and glass systems (storefront experience is highly valued). Proficient with technology and construction management software. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
