Trusted environmental, erosion control and site development company with nearly 40 years in business and rich culture of safety is seeking a

Project Manager Reports To:

General Manager of Meehan, Inc.

Job Overview:

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensures all projects are completed within budgeted quantities and completed on time with safety and quality standards exceeded
• Reports to General Manager and works to ensure projects have smooth assignment, rollout, all safety and environmental issues are met to comply with company and client standards.
• Ensures crews have adequate planning, materials, equipment and field personnel to complete projects safely, with quality work product
• Liases with HR Manager on any personnel issues and to ensure crews are adequately staffed;
• Defines, implements and revises operational policies and guidelines for the organization
• Liaises with managers to develop logistical and operational plans for crews and ensure company- wide compliance
• Keeps track of the company's production and conducting reviews to move jobs forward and maximize profits
• Oversees client support services Oversees assignment of subcontractors and all aspects of their management
• Other duties as assigned

Business Physical Demands:

• Ability to work extended work hours as the need arises, as in the case of emergencies at a work- site, may be required
• Travel to various job sites and work locations
• Must have a driver's license
• Have the ability to communicate (verbal, non-verbal and written) with all levels of the organization.
• Regular walking, standing and sitting are required Must be willing to travel as required by project Compensation from 70,000/year We offer paid time off, paid holidays, incentives and bonus for out of town travel (TBD life, medical, disability, prescription, health savings accounts, wellness, dental, vision, company vehicle, 401K)
