The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in project management while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist Project Managers with daily project coordination and administration. Track project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence. Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments. Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues. Assist with procurement, contracts, and change order documentation. Support project budgeting, invoicing, and cost tracking. Schedule meetings and maintain project calendars. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and project specifications. Help resolve project-related issues and communicate updates to stakeholders. Perform additional duties as assigned to support successful project delivery. Qualifications Required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1-3 years of project coordination, project management, construction, operations, or related experience. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Qualifications Preferred Experience with project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms. Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration. Construction industry experience (if applicable).
