Project Manager Job Description The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing roofing projects from contract award through closeout, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. This role combines traditional project management responsibilities with on-site superintendent duties, requiring regular field presence, coordination of crews, and direct oversight of construction activities. Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of roofing projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and closeout. Review contracts, scopes of work, plans, and specifications to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts; track costs and profitability. Procure materials, equipment, and subcontracted services as needed. Prepare and submit project documentation such as change orders, RFIs, pay applications, and closeout materials. Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions to maintain schedule and budget. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Sioux Falls, SD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr. competitive salaries (DOE), performance-based bonuses, and health insurance packages Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Sioux Falls,SD.
