ERP Project Manager

Description Our growing client in Brentwood, TN, is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead system initiatives across finance and operations. This role will drive end-to-end ERP projects, partnering closely with Accounting, Finance, and cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with evolving business needs. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys managing complex implementations, improving processes, and working at the intersection of finance and technology. Key Responsibilities + Lead end-to-end ERP initiatives, including implementations, system upgrades, and post-go-live optimization + Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to align ERP functionality with core processes (GL, AP, AR, revenue, and reporting) + Own project planning, timelines, milestones, and risk management to ensure successful delivery + Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, Procurement, and Operations + Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and system-driven solutions + Manage relationships with third-party vendors, system integrators, and internal stakeholders + Oversee data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities + Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives + Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization across finance operations + Provide regular project updates to leadership, including status, risks, and key decision points Requirements + 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on ERP implementations or system transformations + Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, including P2P, O2C, R2R, and financial reporting + Experience within payment solutions, fintech, financial services, or similar environments preferred + Hands-on ERP experience required; Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) strongly preferred + Proven experience partnering with finance stakeholders (Controllers, FP& A, Accounting teams) + Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) + Advanced experience with Microsoft tools, including: + Power BI (reporting and data visualization) + Power Automate (workflow and process automation) + Microsoft Project and Excel Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
