Job Description

Custom woodwork craftsman shop seeks a polished, organized, and technically minded professional to serve as the face of our organization within luxury residential markets. This role bridges the gap between the client experience, project management, and custom woodworking craftsmanship. The Luxury Millwork Manager works directly with builders, designers, and internal project teams to ensure custom cabinetry and millwork projects are executed with precision and exceptional service. This individual will conduct site visits, take measurements, coordinate with project managers, and guide clients through the process from initial consultation through installation. This is a highly visible role requiring professionalism, attention to detail, technical aptitude, and an appreciation for fine craftsmanship and high-end residential construction. Key Responsibilities Client & Relationship Management Serve as the primary field representative for clients, builders, architects, and interior designers Conduct in-home consultations and showroom meetings Build trust and confidence with clientele Communicate project updates, timelines, and expectations clearly and professionally Represent the Swiss Woodcraft brand with professionalism and attention to detail Site Measurement & Technical Coordination Visit residential project sites to verify dimensions and conditions Take accurate field measurements for cabinetry and millwork projects Identify potential site challenges and proactively communicate solutions Coordinate closely with project managers, installers, and production teams Review drawings, layouts, and specifications for accuracy Project Coordination Assist in managing projects from concept through installation Help ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with client expectations Coordinate with contractors, trades, and installation teams Participate in walkthroughs and punch-list completion Maintain organized project documentation and communication records Showroom & Territory Support Support showroom operations and client experiences Develop relationships within the local design and builder community Assist with networking events, showroom presentations, and business development initiatives Travel throughout the assigned territory as needed Qualifications Experience in cabinetry, millwork, woodworking, interior construction, remodeling, or luxury residential projects required Strong understanding of custom cabinetry and woodworking craftsmanship Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Excellent organizational and communication skills Professional presence and strong client-facing abilities Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Experience taking field measurements and coordinating installations preferred Familiarity with CAD, design software, or cabinetry layouts is a plus Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally within the territory Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate appreciates craftsmanship and understands the expectations of luxury clientele.
