Project Manager - Custom build

Project Manager The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the construction of custom homes from pre-construction through homeowner move-in and warranty transition. This role coordinates all aspects of the building process, including scheduling, subcontractor management, budget oversight, quality control, client communication, and project documentation. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners during construction, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the company's quality standards. Success in this role requires strong leadership, organization, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage construction schedules and project timelines Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections Monitor job costs and budget performance Maintain quality standards and oversee project completion Communicate regularly with homeowners and internal teams Resolve field issues and facilitate timely decision-making Complete project closeout and warranty handoff processes Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and building codes

Pay:

From $75,000.00 per year
