Assistant Project Manager / Estimator

Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., LLC Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., LLC is seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager / Estimator to support our commercial roofing operations. This role assists with estimating, project coordination, and communication between field teams, vendors, and management.

Responsibilities Assist with preparing commercial roofing estimates and project proposals Support Project Managers with project coordination and documentation Track job progress, schedules, and materials Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams Maintain project files, reports, and documentation Assist with ordering materials and tracking deliveries Support field crews and leadership with project updates Qualifications Strong computer skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent communication and organizational skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects Construction or roofing experience preferred but not required Compensation Competitive salary based on experience Weekly pay schedule Benefits Healthcare Insurance (eligible after 90 days) 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match up to $500 Company vehicle and gas card (if applicable) Company phone and computer Accrued PTO up to 40 hours per year $15,000 Life Insurance (eligible after 90 days) Opportunities for career growth and advancement Work Location Various project locations and office support as needed.
