Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and the administration of commercial projects. This role is crucial for meeting timelines for document submissions, coordinating with subcontractors and effective management assistance throughout the project lifecycle to a team of project managers. Responsibilities Analyze specifications and project manuals to determine project requirements and perform administrative tasks as required for projects start to finish. Utilize various software platforms (ProCore, etc) for project documentation and communication with Owners and Architects. Prepare submittals and communicate with subcontractors regarding same. Attend progress meetings and site visits as needed. Maintain organized records of estimates, bids, and contracts for future reference. Provide support during the bidding process by preparing bid documents. Requirements Experience in administrative project management preferred. Knowledge of scheduling software helpful. Strong understanding of construction principles, practices, and procedures. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Experience in project scheduling and coordination within a construction environment. Familiarity with contracts and legal aspects of construction projects is preferred. Previous experience on construction sites is advantageous. Must pass background check, MVR check and pre-employment drug test.
