Field Project Manager — Job Description The Field Project Manager is responsible for the safe, high‑quality execution of residential and commercial construction projects. This role provides daily onsite supervision, coordinates subcontractors, ensures inspection readiness, maintains jobsite organization, and partners closely with the Project Coordinator and Construction Manager to deliver a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities Field Supervision & Quality Control

• Ensure all onsite work meets ETC Construction standards for quality and craftsmanship.
• Supervise subcontractors and field crews to ensure scope alignment and timely execution.
• Verify all work aligns with approved plans, specifications, and sequencing.
• Coordinate materials, clarify plans, and address field‑level issues proactively. Site Safety & Jobsite Management
• Maintain a safe, clean, well‑organized jobsite at all times.
• Perform daily safety checks and enforce safety compliance for all workers onsite.
• Create and maintain site‑specific material and laydown plans. Scheduling & Subcontractor Coordination
• Coordinate subcontractors according to office‑issued schedules and provide real‑time field updates.
• Ensure the jobsite is accessible and ready for subcontractors to perform work without delay.
• Track manpower, weather, deliveries, and daily progress. Inspections & Compliance
• Ensure inspection readiness and walk inspections with code officials.
• Document inspection results and confirm corrective actions are completed. Communication & Reporting
• Complete accurate daily logs capturing labor, progress, delays, deliveries, and weather conditions.
• Provide frequent updates to the Project Coordinator and Construction Manager.
• Meet customers onsite when needed. Budget, Procurement & Invoicing Support
• Review invoices for accuracy.
• Provide input for schedule and budget forecasting. Required Skills & Experience
• Strong understanding of construction plans and field sequencing.
• Experience supervising crews and subcontractors.
• Ability to maintain safe jobsites.

Pay:

$52,000.00

• $80,000.
