Job Description

Job Summary As a SERVPRO Restoration Project Manager, you are the driving force behind successful mitigation and restoration projects—from initial response to final billing. You will lead crews in water, fire, mold, and specialty cleaning services while ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to SERVPRO's high standards. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of results, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service during stressful situations. Develop accurate scopes of work and write detailed estimates using Xactimate or similar industry software. Communicate directly with homeowners, commercial clients, and insurance adjusters to secure approvals and manage expectations. Schedule and lead internal crews and subcontractors to ensure efficient, high-quality production. Monitor job progress, documentation, and compliance to ensure proper billing and job profitability Control production costs including labor, equipment usage, materials, and subcontractor expenses. Deliver an outstanding customer experience by maintaining clear, consistent communication throughout each project. Respond to emergency service calls and help coordinate rapid response efforts when needed. Recruit, train, and develop technicians to build a strong, high-performing team. Skills 3+ years of experience in restoration (water, fire, mold, or related field) 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience Strong working knowledge of mitigation processes, drying principles, and industry standards Experience with Xactimate or similar estimating software IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, etc.) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas Ability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights Capable of repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying Willingness to work in environments with cleaning agents and varying conditions Why SERVPRO?
