Job Description:

Our client is hiring a Project Manager to support local accounts in the Memphis, TN area. This role will bring custom packaging and branded product solutions to life, supporting projects from initial concept through production and final delivery. You'll partner closely with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution every step of the way. This is a highly visible, relationship-driven position with regular interaction across internal teams, clients, and suppliers. It's ideal for someone who thrives on managing multiple priorities, solving problems, and keeping projects on track in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

You will learn the internal ordering platform and requirements for order entry and need a thorough understanding of multiple manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for data analysis and reporting for your team. You will interact daily with both clients and manufacturing partners/suppliers building these relationships for long term business. You will identify areas of improvement within processes and procedures. You will have an opportunity to drive best practice though feedback to partners and clients and receive feedback as well. You will have oversight on daily requests from Sales manager, Office manager and Clients and independence, organization, detail orientation and motivation are paramount.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Highly preferred background in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain. Strong excel skills required. Experience using project management software preferred. Submit your resume today!
