Full-Time About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager (PE) to join a growing engineering team. This position offers the opportunity to lead a variety of land/site development and public infrastructure projects from concept through construction while working with clients, municipal agencies, and multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate is a licensed Professional Engineer with strong technical expertise, project management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions. Responsibilities- Manage civil engineering projects from planning and design through permitting and construction support.
- Lead the design and preparation of civil engineering plans, specifications, reports, and calculations.
- Oversee land development projects including grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility design, and site development.
- Manage public infrastructure projects such as roadways, water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, and municipal improvements.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, government agencies, and internal project teams.
- Prepare project scopes, schedules, budgets, and proposals.
- Monitor project progress, ensure quality control, and maintain project profitability.
- Mentor and support junior engineers and technical staff.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 5+ years of civil engineering experience with a focus on land/site development and/or public infrastructure projects.
- Strong project management and client relationship skills.
- Experience with site grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management, and permitting processes.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant engineering software preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
- Business development and client management experience.
