Job Summary As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will own and grow Radon 1's relationships with the construction and property development community — including homebuilders, general contractors, project managers, property managers, and building owners. You'll be responsible for developing a pipeline of commercial and new-construction accounts, positioning Radon 1 as the preferred radon mitigation partner across your territory. While the primary focus is commercial and new-construction, this role will also handle residential sales opportunities as needed. This role is ideal for someone with B2B or construction sales experience who thrives on building long-term professional relationships. Essential Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with homebuilders, GCs, project managers, property managers, and commercial building owners to generate recurring business. Proactively prospect new accounts through networking, job site visits, trade associations, and industry events. Conduct site assessments for commercial and new-construction projects to evaluate mitigation needs and develop tailored proposals. Serve as a trusted advisor to construction and development professionals, educating them on radon risk, code requirements, and mitigation best practices. Maintain accurate pipeline and account records using CRM. Coordinate with technicians to ensure seamless project handoff and execution. Attend builder association events, construction trade shows, and networking opportunities to grow market presence. Support residential sales opportunities as needed, including homeowner consultations, site assessments, and mitigation quotes. Meet or exceed revenue targets by closing new accounts and expanding existing relationships. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 2+ years of B2B or construction-related sales experience (building materials, HVAC, plumbing, environmental services, or similar strongly preferred). Established relationships or familiarity with the local builder/contractor community is a strong plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to read a job site and speak credibly with construction professionals. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a territory independently. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling to builders, GCs, or property developers. Familiarity with new construction processes and building codes. Knowledge of radon measurement and mitigation (training provided).
