Job Description FETC is a high-end, custom, home builder located in Knoxville, TN. We have been in business since 1998. Our business is a strong mix of new home builds and large renovations. We are a 40 to 45-hour-per-week company…our client contracts limit calls and emails to normal business hours. You will rarely work nights or weekends with us. We generally work within about one hour from our main office, so no overnight travel. A project manager with FETC will lead a team of two superintendents, a foreman, and a runner or intern (depending on the season).
