This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, can confidently manage multiple active projects at once, and knows how to keep homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams aligned throughout the build process. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, solution focused, and steady under pressure. Construction moves quickly and challenges can arise daily, so the ideal candidate must be adaptable, communicate professionally, and keep projects moving forward without losing focus on quality, client experience, and company standards. A successful Project Manager at ProDeck takes ownership of their projects, holds subcontractors accountable, protects project margins, and takes pride in representing the ProDeck standard in every interaction. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with a fast expanding company and help strengthen the systems, leadership, and consistency that continue pushing ProDeck forward. Key Responsibilities Manage 5-8 residential construction projects at a time Maintain project schedules and coordinate timelines with homeowners, subcontractors, and vendors Create accurate material lists and coordinate deliveries with suppliers Review project plans and scope before construction begins to identify potential issues Track project budgets and help maintain required profit margins Maintain accurate documentation, updates, and communication within the CRM Coordinate subcontractors daily to ensure work is completed correctly and on schedule Complete walkthroughs, quality checks, and punch lists throughout construction Communicate professionally and confidently with homeowners throughout the project Handle homeowner concerns and difficult conversations calmly and professionally Ensure jobsites remain clean, organized, and professionally represented Assist in resolving field issues quickly and efficiently when unexpected challenges arise Verify plans, materials, and field operations are aligned before and during construction Ensure permits, inspections, and project requirements are being followed properly Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors Represent ProDeck with professionalism and uphold company core values at all times What We Are Looking For Proven experience managing residential construction projects Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly Strong conflict resolution skills and confidence handling difficult situations Someone who is organized, dependable, and proactive instead of reactive Comfortable using CRM software and following company processes and SOPs Ability to adapt quickly in a fast growing and evolving environment Someone who takes ownership and follows through without constant oversight Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship A team player who represents the ProDeck standard with professionalism and integrity Compensation & Benefits $50,000-$65,000 base salary Performance based bonuses Company vehicle 2 weeks PTO Growth opportunities within a expanding company Why Join ProDeck?
