As part of the largest painting company in North America, our locally owned franchise has built a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and delivering an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, managing multiple moving parts, solving problems in real time, and taking pride in delivering high-quality work. What You'll Be Responsible For In this role, you'll oversee residential painting projects while supporting crews, clients, and vendors to ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Managing residential projects to ensure quality, efficiency, and profitability Communicating with clients to understand project goals and expectations Coordinating job site visits with respect to client needs and crew strengths to ensure crews are meeting or exceeding brand delivery standards Coaching and supporting painting crews to improve performance and productivity Maintaining strong communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle Addressing and resolving client concerns or warranty items professionally and promptly Ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to keep projects running on schedule Helping create a positive, accountable, high-performance team culture What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, and thrives in a leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications:

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
