Project Coordinator Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Pay from: $20/hour (based on experience, education, skills, training, and certifications)

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic self-starter to join our dynamic team as a Project Coordinator. The ICEE Company Projects Department is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of all planned service projects on a national level for a wide variety of food and beverage equipment. The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting our Lead Project Coordinators with ongoing projects.

QUALITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Receives customer requirements for scheduled work. Coordinate projects through internal service management system. Synchronizes efforts with nationwide ICEE Service Centers to schedule service according to Customer requirements and technician availability. Communicates scheduled dates to customers and contractors. Tracks the shipment of equipment and parts to ensure the ICEE Service Center is prepared for upcoming scheduled work. Performs outbound customer contact calls to confirm readiness for scheduled work. Identifies and communicates any delays in service to customers, management, and Project Team members. Assists the Project Team with maintaining periodic status reports to keep management informed on project progress. Performs other duties as assigned.

Capable with all aspects of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); with an emphasis on Excel skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a customer focused environment (minimum two (2) years).
