We operate by two simple standards: Communicate proactively, clearly, and consistently Do whatever it takes to be the easiest company our clients and partners have ever worked with Our Project Managers are expected to embody these standards every day. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ Role Overview The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple installation projects from kickoff through completion—ensuring jobs stay on schedule, on scope, and well-coordinated across field teams, customers, and internal departments. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit installation labor quotes & change orders for new and existing projects Review drawings/blueprints and translate them into executable plans Manage multiple active projects (typically 10+) from start to finish Communicate daily with customers, installers, and internal teams in a prompt and effective manner Manage project schedules, budgets, scopes, and resource coordination Enforce scope of work while maintaining strong customer relationships Visit job sites as needed to ensure progress and resolve issues Track documentation, change orders, and closeout paperwork _________________________________________________________________________________________________ What We're Looking For Strong communication skills (clear, direct, and timely) Customer-focused with a team-first mindset Organized, self-driven, and able to manage a high volume of work Able to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-moving environment Comfortable working independently and making decisions Experience in construction, furniture installation, or similar industries preferred. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ Basic Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams (Google Sheets preferred) Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (or willingness to learn quickly) Strong time management and attention to detail
