Key Responsibilities Manage mechanical construction projects to meet schedule, budget, safety, and quality goals. Develop detailed project schedules and coordinate all phases of work. Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and procurement activities. Track and manage job costs, forecasts, and financial performance. Conduct site visits to verify progress and ensure contract compliance. Communicate clearly with field teams, office personnel, clients, and partners. Identify risks early and implement solutions to maintain project momentum. Qualifications Proven experience managing projects for a mechanical contractor. Bachelor's degree in construction management, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
