In this role, you'll assist with daily operations, supervise crews and subcontractors, and help ensure safety, quality, and compliance throughout both mitigation and construction phases. What You'll Do Lead daily crew meetings, conduct job hazard analyses, and enforce safety standards Maintain clean, organized, and secure job sites Assist with site setup, scheduling, and assignment of daily responsibilities Coordinate workforce, materials, and equipment requirements Document project progress with detailed notes and photos using job management software Monitor quality, troubleshoot issues, and help keep projects on schedule Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and insurance adjusters What You Bring Willing to travel up to 250 days/year on an on-call basis (24/7 availability) Willing and able to drive long distances and extended hours as required by project demands Background in construction and/or restoration work Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously High school diploma required; construction management degree preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving history Ability to work extended hours in physically demanding environments Physical Requirements Able to lift and/or move up to 70 lbs. and stand or walk for long periods Comfortable working in a variety of environments (indoor and outdoor settings) Required to wear PPE and adhere to all safety protocols Join our team and help restore what matters most.
