Job Description

Project Manager Jr Level Location :
Nashville, Tennessee Hybrid (onsite 1-2 days/month as needed)
Duration :
Long-term funded program (Currently funded through next 5 years)
Important:
Candidate must currently reside in Tennessee OR be willing to relocate Some in-state travel required What they are looking for: Public health or healthcare program management experience Experience working with providers, health systems, rural clinics, or community organizations Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills Healthcare operations / care coordination / telehealth exposure preferred Experience handling reporting, compliance, grant-funded programs, or healthcare initiatives Ability to drive adoption, onboarding, workflow improvements, and provider engagement Strong preference for candidates with exposure to: Telehealth / EConsult programs Rural healthcare initiatives EHR workflows, interoperability, HL7/FHIR HIPAA / healthcare compliance environments Data reporting, KPIs, and program performance tracking
Education:
Bachelor s degree required in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Information Systems, or related field. MPH/MHA or related master s degree preferred.
