About the job SUMMARY The Segment Project PIM Analyst oversees the creation, accuracy, and lifecycle management of segment product data while driving cross functional projects that improve data quality, system performance, and operational efficiency. This role combines hands-on product information management with structured project management leadership, ensuring that product data is complete, compliant, and aligned with business goals. This Segment Project PIM Analyst collaborates closely with Sales, PDM, Operations, Supply Chain, and Product Management. Your tasks
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Create, maintain, and process products master data in the defined Brand digital application according to specifications, supplied attributes, and product artifacts.
- Independently manage and respond to brand partner product data inquiries, including timely and accurate communication.
- Actively engage with cross-functional team members to gather technical documentation, sales materials, pricing sheets, and product information needed for setting up and maintaining product data in the defined Brand digital application.
- Collaborate closely with the Brand teams to support Brand partner on product information and data requests.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, perform various organizational tasks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and manage PIM-related projects from initiation through execution, monitoring, and completion— including system enhancements, data governance initiatives, and product data rollout projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project goals, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, track progress, and escalate risks or issues to stakeholders when necessary.
- Champion data governance standards on behalf of the Brand requirements and their digital framework.
- Manage project communications, ensuring timely updates to leadership and project participants.
- Evaluate project outcomes, capture lessons learned and implement improvements in future processes.
- Ensure PIM system workflows support business requirements and the Brand
- Drive change management activities include training, documentation, and user adoption for new processes or PIM enhancements linked to the Brand requirements.

- Ability to create, maintain, and validate segment related product master data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Skilled in managing cross-functional communication, responding to product data inquiries, and collaborating effectively with Brand and partner teams.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate projects, including planning, timelines, risk assessment, documentation, and progress tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and support continuous optimization.
- Proficient in organizing and managing multiple tasks, deliverables, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communicator capable of preparing documentation, facilitating meetings, and providing user training and change management support.
- Ability to ensure system workflows and product data processes meet business and Brand requirements.
EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Data Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience managing projects, preferably in PIM, product management, or a data focused environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience with ERP, PIM, or MDM systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
