Job Description

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for managing residential and construction landscape installation projects. The PM will be the primary contact for clients on-site, from creation through completion of job. The PM will communicate on-going work progress with internal partners and oversee installation crew(s).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and interpret drawings to determine sequences of construction and coordinate material deliveries Review overall project schedules to determine manpower and material delivery requirements Create task duration schedules based on customer / project requirements Prepare and send submittals. Review submittal responses. Records management Coordinate all aspects of production, planning and execution of project; ensuring quality and value High level of communications with internal and external partners Successfully execute project at or below budget
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience Background or knowledge in construction/landscape project management Effective project management skills with ability to create a solid plan and move project from point of sale to successful completion Communication skills required to engage at all levels: client/customer, team members, and outside resources and services Leadership skills required to manage crew and direct processes and resources. Coordinate and direct the work of installers High level of detail and organization with ability to manage the customized detail of multiple projects Adaptable with flexibility to manage change and redirect when necessary Strong interpersonal skills, customer service oriented and results driven Experience with technology.
