• MEP (Data Center / Mission Critical) We are hiring both Project Managers and Senior Project Managers with strong MEP backgrounds to support large-scale data center construction projects from the mechanical subcontractor side. • MEPRequirements 3+ years as a Project Manager on large-scale MEP construction projects Experience managing MEP scopes $50M+ At least 1 year of data center or mission-critical project experience Previous experience working for a mechanical subcontractor (required) Strong understanding of mechanical systems and MEP coordination Typical Responsibilities Manage day-to-day project execution (cost, schedule, subcontractors) Handle RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change orders Support coordination between field teams, design teams, and clients Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting Contribute to commissioning and project closeout Comp Range (Typical Market) $110K•$140K base Bonus + benefits + potential travel/per diem Tier 2: Senior Project Manager•MEPRequirements 5+ years as a Project Manager , with progression into senior-level responsibility Proven track record managing MEP scopes $75M•150M+ Multiple data center / mission-critical projects preferred Strong experience working for a mechanical subcontractor on data center builds Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and own full project P&L Typical Responsibilities Full ownership of project execution from precon through turnover Lead project teams (PMs, APMs, field leadership) Drive cost control, forecasting, and risk management Manage high-level client relationships and reporting Oversee complex coordination, procurement strategy, and scheduling Lead commissioning strategy and final delivery Comp Range (Typical Market) $140K•$180K+ base Bonus + benefits + travel/per diem What We're Looking For (Both Levels) Experience managing large, complex MEP scopes in fast-track environments Strong understanding of mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, cooling systems) Ability to drive execution, not just track it Leadership mindset with strong communication and accountability Comfortable operating in high-pressure, mission-critical builds Why Join Work on high-profile data center projects with large MEP scopes Clear path for career progression (PM → Sr PM → PX level) Competitive compensation aligned with top-of-market data center work Be part of a team focused on execution, growth, and long-term opportunity Bottom Line If you've managed large MEP scopes and have real data center experience , there's a place for you here — whether you're stepping into a PM role or already operating at a Senior PM level .
