$125 - 140k annually Summary A telecommunications client of ours leading national infrastructure and end-to-end communications, electrical, and data-center construction solutions is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team in the Dallas area. This is a full-time, W2 position with the organisation based in their office onsite. Position Overview The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the execution of construction projects safely and in compliance with client documentation and quality requirements. This role requires a mission-oriented, goal-driven professional who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. The Project Manager exercises sound judgment and decision-making to ensure successful project delivery. The role also involves promoting strong client relationships to support ongoing and future business opportunities, as well as performing other assigned duties as needed. Key Responsibilities Interface with clients and represent the organization in all correspondence and meetings. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all contract documents and project requirements. Develop and analyze preliminary project documentation to support execution planning. Organize and plan the execution of physical construction work. Develop, manage, and direct project schedules, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables. Coordinate schedules and activities with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders. Identify on-site risks or activities that may impede project progress or compliance. Prepare and deliver project-related documentation and implement corrective actions when necessary. Maintain strict control of project budgets, including tracking costs and financial performance. Provide monthly reporting on project progress, financial status, and profitability. Write and manage subcontracts and purchase orders for field-related work and procurement. Supervise on-site personnel, including superintendents, craft workers, and support staff. Foster strong client relationships to support ongoing and future business opportunities. ???????Note:

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline or relevant work experience 5+ years of experience in project management within hyperscale/data center construction environments , including underground electrical/civil, telecommunications, and fiber/electrical conduit work. Documented experience managing construction projects valued at $10M+ , including oversight of multiple concurrent projects. 5+ years of experience working with or for General Contractors (GCs) on construction projects. Work within hyperscaling or data centre projects is greatly preferred. 5+ years of experience with the RFI/RFP process , including demonstrated successful execution and tracking. 5+ years of experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and cost control. 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications , including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Demonstrated background with strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills , with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is strongly preferred. 5+ years of experience with estimating and scheduling software tools.About Seneca Resources:
