Sr.Project Manager, GSA Location:
Abilene, TX- Manage thermal, AC power, liquid cooling, and third-party labor activities for large-scale data center projects.
- Oversee installation, startup, commissioning, and service activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead field teams and subcontractors, coordinating resources, schedules, and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with project managers, customers, and contractors to resolve issues and maintain project progress.
- Monitor project scope, manpower requirements, commissioning activities, and change management processes.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, prepare project reports, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing MEP construction projects and field personnel.
- Strong leadership, communication, customer management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data center construction and commissioning activities.
