You will drive project success by bridging the gap between architectural vision and structural reality, utilizing your expertise in steel systems to deliver high-quality industrial and commercial facilities. Responsibilities Analyze complex structural and architectural blueprints to ensure design integrity and constructability. Facilitate clear communication between fabricators, detailers, and field contractors to streamline project workflows. Oversee the lifecycle of RFIs, submittals, and change orders to maintain project momentum and budget control. Monitor procurement timelines and material logistics to ensure site readiness and schedule adherence. Verify that all structural components meet rigorous building codes and industry-specific manufacturer standards. Resolve field-level technical challenges and optimize erection sequencing for maximum site efficiency. Leverage advanced design and project management software such as Tekla, AutoCAD, Revit, or Bluebeam to maintain accurate documentation. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management. Proven experience in the pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) or structural steel industry. Proficiency in interpreting complex shop and erection drawings. Strong understanding of steel connection design and foundation requirements. Preferred Skills Demonstrated success in managing project schedules and vendor coordination. Advanced technical proficiency in 3D modeling or BIM software. Experience supporting estimating teams during the pre-construction phase.
