This role will lead projects from conceptual design through construction administration, managing client relationships, project teams, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. The ideal candidate is a licensed architect with strong technical expertise, project leadership experience, and a passion for delivering high-quality architectural solutions. Responsibilities Manage architectural projects through all phases of design and construction. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders. Lead project teams and coordinate internal staff and outside consultants. Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Review and produce construction documents, specifications, and technical drawings. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning requirements, and industry standards. Conduct quality control reviews and maintain project quality standards. Attend client meetings, site visits, and construction coordination meetings. Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and shop drawings. Mentor junior architects and designers. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture. Registered Architect (RA) license required. 8+ years of architectural experience with project management responsibilities. Strong proficiency in Revit and construction document production. Experience managing commercial, healthcare, education, multifamily, corporate, or mixed-use projects. Strong understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and construction administration.
