Our client is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to lead high-impact business initiatives that improve operational performance, enhance scalability, and support organizational growth. This is not a traditional project management role focused solely on timelines and deliverables. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner, helping identify opportunities for improvement, align stakeholders, implement solutions, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value. What You'll Do Lead Strategic Initiatives Manage multiple projects and business initiatives simultaneously from planning through execution Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements Drive project execution while maintaining alignment with organizational priorities and objectives Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and proactively solve problems to keep initiatives moving forward Facilitate meetings, establish accountability, and ensure project teams remain focused on deliverables and outcomes Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives and ensure successful execution Drive Business Transformation Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability Support the implementation of new systems, technologies, and operational improvements Analyze workflows and recommend practical solutions that drive measurable business results Lead organizational change efforts and support successful adoption of new processes and tools Challenge the status quo and bring forward innovative ideas that improve business performance Collaborate Across the Organization Work closely with executives, department leaders, operational teams, and technical stakeholders Build strong relationships and establish credibility across multiple business functions Facilitate decision-making, resolve competing priorities, and drive alignment among stakeholders Influence outcomes and gain buy-in without direct authority Serve as a trusted partner to leadership on strategic initiatives Measure Results Establish project KPIs and success metrics Utilize dashboards, reporting tools, and data analysis to track progress and outcomes Communicate project status, risks, recommendations, and results to leadership Evaluate project performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field 2+ years of project management, consulting, implementation, business transformation, or operational improvement experience Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving both business and technical stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into actionable solutions Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience utilizing project management methodologies, reporting tools, and performance metrics Preferred Experience Management consulting or professional services background Business transformation or process improvement initiatives System implementations or enterprise-wide projects Change management and organizational adoption efforts Continuous improvement, operational excellence, or business optimization initiatives Success in This Role The ideal candidate is proactive, intellectually curious, and execution-focused.
