Salary:

Travelers:
Monthly stipend up to $7k/mo plus $6500 assignment bonus and flights home every other weekend.
Relocations:
Relo assistance up to $30k plus monthly $1,000 stipend. As an Assistant Project Manager you'll support project delivery across commercial, data center, healthcare, and industrial mechanical/HVAC work. Reporting to Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, you'll help drive day-to-day project coordination, document control, schedule tracking, and field communication while developing the technical and leadership skills to run projects independently. This is a hands-on, growth-oriented role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning on the job, and collaborating closely with field crews, engineers, and clients.
Key responsibilities:
Support Project Managers in scheduling, daily coordination, submittals/RFIs, and change order documentation. Assist with cost tracking, invoicing support, and basic forecasting to help protect project margin. Maintain project documentation and correspondence; manage document control and ensure contract compliance. Coordinate with foremen, superintendents, and trades to resolve field issues and maintain progress. Help implement LEAN practices and prefabrication strategies on project tasks. Participate in safety, quality, and project meetings and help foster strong client and team relationships. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent field experience considered. 2+ years' experience in mechanical/MEP construction or related roles (field experience or prior PM support role preferred). Familiarity with HVAC/mechanical systems, basic piping, and construction workflows. Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; attention to detail.
