We support apartment renovation, rehab, and new construction projects through streamlined sourcing, custom kitting, estimating, and jobsite-ready deliveries for owners, operators, and general contractors nationwide. Position Overview BW Pro is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing operations team. This position will play a key role in assisting Sales and Leadership with special projects, producing project quotations, and learning the estimating side of the multifamily renovation industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a long-term estimating, operations, or project management career within the construction and multifamily renovation space. The ideal candidate is highly organized, fast-paced, solutions-oriented, and eager to learn. Key Responsibilities Assist Sales and Leadership with special projects and operational initiatives Produce and manage project quotations for multifamily renovation projects Learn estimating processes including takeoffs, material counts, pricing analysis, and scope reviews Review plans, scopes, finish schedules, and product specifications Coordinate with vendors, purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure accurate pricing and project execution Assist with order intake and project setup processes Maintain project information and updates within company systems including Monday.com and Fishbowl Track timelines, pricing updates, approvals, and material availability Communicate with internal teams and clients regarding project status, pricing, and order details Support continuous improvement initiatives within operations and estimating workflows Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in construction, estimating, project coordination, operations, or related fields preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams Experience with construction materials, multifamily renovations, distribution, or estimating is a plus Experience with Monday.com, ERP systems, or Fishbowl is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Hands-on exposure to estimating, operations, and multifamily renovation projects nationwide Team-oriented environment focused on accountability and development PTO and additional company benefits Why BW Pro?
