ERP Project Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead complex enterprise resource planning initiatives. This long-term contract position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain project momentum, and ensure delivery aligns with business goals. The role requires strong oversight of planning, execution, and quality standards across financial system and engineering-related workstreams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive rollout strategies that support successful ERP implementation across business functions.
• Coordinate resource allocation to ensure project teams are staffed effectively and priorities remain aligned with timelines and objectives.
• Oversee project execution for financial system initiatives, tracking milestones, risks, budgets, and overall performance.
• Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into actionable project plans.
• Establish quality control measures to monitor deliverables, improve consistency, and support successful outcomes.
• Lead status meetings, provide clear progress updates, and maintain communication across leadership and project teams.
• Identify project risks and dependencies early, then drive mitigation plans to reduce delays and disruption.
• Support organizational changes related to ERP processes and system updates as part of the overall project scope. Requirements
• Demonstrated experience managing ERP projects from planning through implementation and post-deployment support.
• Strong background in building rollout plans, coordinating timelines, and driving execution across multiple workstreams.
• Proven ability to manage resource allocation while balancing competing priorities and project demands.
• Experience working with financial systems and understanding their impact on business operations.
• Familiarity with quality control practices that help maintain project standards and delivery accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills in a project-driven environment.
