We are looking for a highly motivated and organized intern to support a key Compensation Infrastructure Project. This project aims to streamline processes, integrate systems, and develop reporting tools for the Compensation and HR teams. The intern will play a crucial role in project management, driving coordination across teams to ensure successful and timely project delivery. What You'll Do Lead project management tasks, including creating and tracking project plans, milestones, and deliverables Organize and facilitate meetings across multiple teams, tracking progress and capturing action items
Bridge communication between business stakeholders and developers to clarify and translate business requirements
Support automation efforts to improve process efficiency
Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and ensure deadlines are met
Collaborate with compensation, HR, and IT/software teams to align on project objectives What You'll Bring Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment
Basic knowledge of project management methodologies is highly desirable
Familiarity with system integration, reporting tools, or automation scripting is a plus
High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR and compensation data
