We are currently seeking an experience Project Manager to play a key role within a high-impact technical services team. Qualifications Minimum (Required): Years Skills/Experience 8 Working knowledge of Project Management Life Cycle processes and documentation 8 Experience in implementing
SACWIS/CCWIS
systems 8 Awareness and knowledge of systems and solutions that that promote efficiency, effectiveness, and enables direct delivery of services to clients. 8 Experience in Business Process Redesign. 8 Working knowledge of project documentation including project plans, work breakdown structures, issues logs, action logs, and decision tracking documents. 8 Facilitating meetings, work sessions, requirements gathering sessions and conducting presentations with all levels of an organization to include direct delivery, senior, and executive leadership. 8 Providing recommendations to key agency leadership 8 Working knowledge in guiding various project teams; and subsets of teams within large enterprise projects. 8 Experience managing competing interests from various project stakeholders and reaching consensus for appropriate next actions. 8 Strong communication - verbal and written - skills with all levels of an organization to include direct delivery staff up to executive level leadership. 8 Strong presentation and facilitation skills for leading work sessions and project team meetings. 8 Experience with the Microsoft Suite of tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project and SharePoint) Preferred ( Optional): Years Skills/Experience 5 Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification 1 Awareness or knowledge of client's systems and programs
