My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys collaborating with talented architects, designers, consultants, and builders to guide projects from initial concept through construction. What You'll Do Lead and manage multiple custom residential projects from concept through construction completion Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and overall project plans Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and seamless experience throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate and collaborate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders Facilitate project and client meetings, keeping everyone aligned, informed, and moving forward Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges early, and implement solutions to keep projects on track Maintain high standards of quality, communication, and service across all phases of work What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field 6+ years of project management experience, preferably within residential architecture or custom home design Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Solid understanding of design development, construction documentation, building materials, and construction processes What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Comprehensive health insurance coverage Retirement savings plan Paid professional memberships Generous paid time off and company holidays Support for work-life balance Ongoing professional development, mentorship, and career growth opportunities A collaborative, design-focused culture where your contributions make a meaningful impact If you're excited about leading exceptional residential projects and working alongside a talented, passionate team, we'd love to hear from you.
