Role Overview The Project Manager will lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Austin and Central Texas, ranging from treatment facilities to pipeline and utility system improvements. The role is both client-facing and delivery-focused, supporting one of the fastest-growing water markets in the state. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Manage planning, design, budgets, schedules, and construction support for water/wastewater projects. Coordinate multi-office, multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions. Client Engagement Serve as a primary contact for municipal and utility clients. Support proposal efforts and strategic pursuits in the water/wastewater market. Team Leadership Mentor junior staff and contribute to Austin's continued growth. Collaborate across environmental, transportation, and technology consulting teams to develop integrated solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or similar engineering discipline (Master's preferred). Texas PE or ability to obtain within 6 months. 8+ years of water/wastewater project experience. Experience with design‑build preferred, aligning with the firm's integrated delivery model.
