Chart is looking for bright, talented candidates that have a desire for a career in an exciting and evolving industry. Chart Industries is currently seeking for an on-site Project Coordinator based in Beasley, TX or Tulsa, OK to assist in managing the efficient operation of projects, ensuring delivery of on-time products built to the specification. You will assist in securing project execution and scheduling processes to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery. The role involves coordinating all aspects of our projects in collaboration with stakeholders and supporting project managers. Responsibilities include comprehensive management of projects, schedules, critical paths, forecasting delays, resource planning, and vendor coordination. What Will You Do?
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the development of project schedules Update, maintain, and issue detailed project timelines to customers, including weekly schedule updates and look-ahead schedules Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather progress updates, ensure schedule accuracy, and expedite engineering, quality, document control, purchasing, fabrication, warehouse, shipping/logistics, vendors, and other activities to meet schedule requirements Help prepare and distribute regular project status reports, highlighting progress, milestones, potential delays, and upcoming deadlines Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, meeting minutes, and resource reports Support the project team in identifying potential project risks and updating risk and mitigation strategies as required Participate in project meetings, contribute ideas, and learn from experienced professionals Assist with general administrative and technical support for the project management office Maintain the master project schedule, overseeing all projects, associated costs, and risks Support Project Managers in preparing lessons learned and post-project review materials, maintaining and organizing project files, records, and documentation, preparing project status reports, meeting minutes, and action item lists Ensure all project documentation is current and stored according to company policies Assist with project closeout processes, ensuring that all documentation is complete and accurate Follow up on critical action items related to risk mitigation or issue resolution Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams and vendors Identify and improve processes for continuous improvement In addition to these responsibilities, manage all aspects of assigned projects Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

Education:
Bachelor's degree preferably in
Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration Experience:
At least two years of experience in project management and scheduling, including familiarity with the Critical Path Method (CPM) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, PowerBI, WorkDay, SmartSheet, JDE, SAP, Primavera P6 is preferred Skills Required (i.e. certifications, licenses, registrations, etc.): Strong technical, organizational and communication skills PMP certification is preferred Tech savvy Detail oriented Critical thinking skills
