Beaumont, Texas About HTS AmeriTek Looking for an experienced heat treating project manager with strong industry connections to start growth in the Beaumont area. Visit www.htsameritek.com Key Requirements Current/recent experience in refinery or chemical plant operations Established relationships with facility maintenance and reliability teams Deep understanding of facility heat treating needs Experience managing maintenance and turnaround contracts Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in adverse weather conditions Valid TWIC and driver's license Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening Core Responsibilities Leverage facility relationships to enhance service delivery Plan, organize, and control operations per Operations Manager guidelines Perform field assessments and safety observations Ensure proper safety procedures and equipment usage Manage customer documentation and company paperwork Maintain monitoring equipment and company vehicles Uphold company Core Values Available for overtime as needed Compensation Package Competitive salary Performance-based quarterly bonus program Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Health benefits 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Overtime compensation Company paid life insurance Base pay plus commission
