PROJECT MANAGER - BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION
Our client is seeking a highly organized, results-oriented Project Manager to lead complex business and technology initiatives across a growing organization. This role is ideal for a project management professional with consulting experienc e who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys driving projects from concept through execution The successful candidate will have experience managing cross-functional projects, coordinating stakeholders across multiple departments, and delivering measurable business outcomes. This position requires a strong blend of project leadership, problem-solving, communication, and execution skill s.
RESPONSIBILIT
IESProject Leadership & Deliv eryLead multiple concurrent projects from initiation through implementati on.

Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requiremen ts.

Coordinate activities across business, operational, and technical tea ms.

Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependenci es.

Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication among stakeholde rs.

Drive accountability and maintain focus on project objectives and deliverabl es. Business Process Improve mentPartner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational improveme nts.

Support the implementation of new processes, systems, and business initiati ves.

Assist with workflow optimization and organizational change effo rts.

Help ensure successful adoption of new processes and technolog ies. Performance Measurement & Repo rtingEstablish and monitor project KPIs and success met rics.

Utilize dashboards, reporting tools, and data analysis to measure project perform ance.

Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to leader ship.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on performance data.

Stakeholder & Vendor Manag ementCollaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple business funct ions.

Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and implementation part ners.

Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts when priorities com pete.

Influence outcomes and drive alignment across teams without direct autho rity.
QUALIFIC
ATIONSBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field.2+ years of project management, consulting, implementation, or transformation expe rienceProven success managing multiple complex initiatives simultane ously.

Experience working with both business and technical stakeho lders.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving s kills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abil ities.
