We are seeking a responsible and reliable Individual to join our Specification Team. ________________________________________
Job Summary:
The Specification Coordinator is responsible for creating and updating home plumbing specifications to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with home selections and plans sent in by builders. This role works closely with internal teams and builders to ensure our plumbing specification sheet reflects all up-to-date selections, plans and other related documentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and update home specifications per three plumbing stages based on selections, plans and any design changes Confirm with customers to resolve any discrepancies between plans, options, and master community specifications Support pre-bill and purchasing teams with specification accuracy and/or changes
Qualifications:
Experience in construction field or specification coordination preferred Associate or bachelor's degree preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
