Full Job Description Job Description:

The Interior Finish Out Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of interior finish-out projects, overseeing technical and administrative aspects, ensuring quality control, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional interior spaces that meet client specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure project specifications align with their vision.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to these schedules and financial limitations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project workflow and timelines.
• Get bids from subcontractors for specific projects and be able to negotiate pricing.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work and address any issues that arise promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all project inspections and city requirements are maintained and completed.
• Communicate project updates to all supervisors, maintaining transparency and managing expectations effectively.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and implement contingency plans as needed.
• Provide technical and administrative management for commercial construction projects.
• Oversee project quality control and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with schedules and delivery requirements.
• Ordering material needed to complete projects

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Spanish as a second language.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in interior fit-outs or related construction projects.
• Proven record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Previous experience in managing both residential and commercial construction projects.
• Proficiency in software skills such as Bluebeam, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).
• Proficient in industry-standard documentation (RFIs, Change Orders, daily logs, cost controls, scopes, contracts, etc.).
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
