The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and organizational support, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. While a Project Coordinator may support specific teams, such as the waste team, others may support specific customers. The role is a combination of project administration, project coordination, customer communication, and data entry.SHIFT:
Mon-Fri (8-9 hours/day) with some weekend support when needed.Project Coordinator Job Duties:
Manage project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes. Maintain project files and records. Track project timelines and deadlines. Monitor project budgets and expenses. Assist with procurement and vendor management. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks. Communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely manner. Input and update project data into relevant systems. Generate reports and presentations as needed. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.Requirements:
