What You'll Do As a Scheduling Coordinator, you'll support nationwide merchandising projects by coordinating schedules, assisting field representatives, and helping ensure work is completed accurately and on time. Schedule and assign field representatives for active projects Monitor schedules and help keep project timelines on track Communicate frequently with field reps via phone and email Review submitted reports for accuracy and completeness Enter and update project details in internal systems and platforms Provide phone support to representatives during store visits Work closely with team members to support successful project execution Who This Role Is For Entry-level professionals or early-career candidates Individuals with experience in customer service, retail, office support, or admin roles Organized multitaskers who enjoy coordination and follow-through Candidates looking for stable, full-time office work with growth potential What We're Looking For Strong organizational and time-management skills Clear, professional communication (written and verbal) Comfortable working at a computer most of the day Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets preferred Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Positive attitude and ability to work well on a team College degree preferred, but not required Work Environment & Schedule In-office position at our College Station headquarters Casual, professional team environment Typical schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Pay & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Paid time off 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Interested or Have Questions?
