Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Data Center Deployment Project Manager for a top AI infrastructure client. This individual will drive the on-the-ground execution that brings data halls and AI/GPU clusters online, taking ownership during commissioning and leading deployments through operational turnover. This role is ideal for someone with a strong delivery mindset who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and enjoys coordinating across construction, infrastructure, hardware, and operations teams. You will own deployments end-to-end—tracking milestones, managing vendors, and proactively resolving risks—while helping scale next-generation infrastructure powering advanced AI systems.
Day-to-Day:
  •  Own deployment execution for data halls and AI/GPU clusters from commissioning readiness through operational turnover
  •  Track and drive deployment milestones, critical-path tasks, and go/no-go criteria
  •  Coordinate on-site activities across construction, infrastructure, ICT, hardware installation, and network bring-up
  •  Manage and hold accountable OEM/ODM vendors, contractors, and third-party providers
  •  Ensure commissioning and hardware validation steps are completed (burn-in, network validation, GPU/TPU health checks)
  •  Own clean operational handoff including documentation, runbooks, and acceptance criteria
  •  Surface risks, blockers, and schedule issues early with proposed solutions
  •  Maintain program artifacts: schedules, trackers, risk logs, punch lists, handoff checklists
  •  Provide clear updates on deployment health, risks, and milestones
  •  Collaborate with SMEs across networking, ICT, systems engineering, procurement, and operations
  •  Contribute to SOPs, runbooks, and process improvements We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
