We are a fast paced, growing organization looking for someone who is detail oriented, customer service driven. Must be comfortable working directly with customers via phone and email every day. Are you technically inclined, computer proficient, very strong with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel and enjoy working with a close-knit team and comfortable working independently? Do you have exceptional communication skills via email, in person and on the phone? We value collaboration, imagination, hard work, fun, high level customer experience activities, idea sharing, and supporting our team members. We appreciate our co-workers and do our best to make that evident in everything we do. The Project Coordinator / Bid Specialist is responsible for preparing project estimates project specifications and drawings.
Primary responsibilities are:
  • Read project specification and drawings to prepare quotes using AutoQuotes.
  • Maintaining project documents, plans and reports utilizing quoting software and CRM.
  • Quoting product prices, freight quotes and delivery scheduling
  • Handling information requests in all channels from specifier, dealer, team members and manufacturer.
  • Quote follow up.
Knowledge/Skills:
High school diploma. Minimum 3 years project coordination or customer service. Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams. Excellent written, and verbal communication skills including active listening. Good project management skills, including strong decision-making, problem-solving and strategic planning abilities. Excellent attention to details. Great interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize under constant deadlines. Ability to maintain good working relationship with all levels of customers, company employees, manufacturers and vendors. Courteous, respectful and honest. Ability to work accurately and pay close attention to detail. Desire to continuously grow in knowledge, identify and assume additional responsibilities where appropriate.

Salary commensurate with experience.
