FULL-TIME
Project Manager. This is an onsite role that is in office 5 days a week in the client's office in Coppell. The Project Manager will drive execution of the client's innovation, marketing, and creative portfolio across various brands, ensuring all initiatives-from early-stage concepts through launch are delivered on time, aligned cross-functionally, and executed with operational excellence. The Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle of product and creative programs, manages centralized project visibility, and serves as the operational hub between Marketing, Creative, Product Development, Packaging, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Sales teams. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Project Portfolio Manager needs to possess a strong understanding of creative production processes, workflow optimization, project prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end project management of innovation, creative, marketing, and new product development initiatives.
  • Own and optimize cross-functional workflows across innovation, packaging, digital, retail merchandising, and brand campaign initiatives.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of projects from intake through launch, ensuring high-quality, on-time, on-brand execution.
  • Lead intake and prioritization of project briefs while managing portfolio timelines, resource planning, and scheduling.
  • Develop scalable project management frameworks and operational processes to improve visibility, accountability, collaboration, and speed-to-market.
  • Define and implement workflow checkpoints and quality control processes to ensure creative accuracy, alignment, and production readiness.
  • Coordinate closely with Brand Marketing, Creative, Product Development, Packaging, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Facilitate recurring cross-functional meetings, documenting and tracking timelines, deliverables, action items, and follow-ups.
  • Utilize project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, etc.) to manage timelines, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
  • Serve as a key operational partner to Creative and Brand teams to maintain alignment with project objectives and business priorities.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, dashboards, reporting tools, and shared resources across internal systems.
  • Manage and improve processes related to digital asset organization, workflow tracking, and project visibility.
  • Monitor project health to proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, resource gaps, and operational challenges, recommending solutions to ensure seamless execution.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine workflows, resource allocation, and operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and collaboration.
  • Align project prioritization with company strategy, business objectives, and operational capacity.
Project Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years of experience in project/program management in CPG, beauty, retail, agency, or creative operations environments.
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows and asset production processes.
  • Experience managing cross-functional marketing, packaging, digital, and retail merchandising projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Experience with stage-gate, agile, or hybrid product development frameworks.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools, preferably Asana
  • Experience managing and maintaining project documentation and shared workflow systems preferred.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Benefits
