Available / Negotiable Our client is a well-established commercial construction firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across multiple delivery methods including CMAR, General Contracting, and Design-Build. Founded in 2002, the company has continued to grow by prioritizing client relationships, long-term partnerships, and a commitment to integrity throughout every phase of the construction process. They are actively seeking two Senior Project Managers to join their growing team in Corpus Christi, TX. This is an opportunity for a highly organized and experienced construction professional to lead complex projects from preconstruction through closeout while working alongside a collaborative leadership team focused on operational excellence and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and manage commercial construction projects from initiation through completion Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate issues Monitor project progress, financial performance, and overall job profitability Manage project budgets, change orders, and cost control processes Resolve project challenges through strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Coordinate communication between owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams Foster a collaborative team environment focused on accountability and execution Oversee multiple projects simultaneously at varying stages of construction Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within commercial construction Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution Experience managing complex construction projects from start to finish Proficiency with project management software and construction management tools Familiarity with contracts, project documentation, and legal/compliance requirements Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong analytical and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Solutions-oriented mindset with strong critical thinking skills Compensation & Benefits Annual Bonus Structure based on project profitability 401(k) Health, Dental & Vision Insurance (tenure-based)
